I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was newly decorated, with excellent location near the airport and Union Square. Liked a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a refrigerator and direct dial phone in the room. They made my stay real good. Lots of food, which was great to satisfy everyone Such a good service too.

Chic style hotel with beautiful furniture in the rooms. Everything was wonderful during our stay even so disappointing aspect was very cold bathroom. Near a bus stop for easy access. The service was helpful, we had 1 great night here.
Views appeared to be not so great.

Food was fresh, staff was willing to help, and the room was great. Walking distance to the amazing beach. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was wonderful. Good base for exploring San Francisco...
Facilities were wonderful, but Wi-Fi was slow.

Lovely staff and rooms, it was fairly clean here. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a direct dial phone inside the room😃

It was immaculately clean and the staff were useful, beds were incredibly large. This hotel had a central position. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was fantastic. The service was excellent too.

Unfortunately wi-fi was bad plus the bed of mine was creaky.

The reception was friendly and exceptionally clean. With early check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was incredibly friendly! Besides, free wifi was working well, you can use it in public areas.
Didn't like the area, it was weird.
